Please note: PsyBA has determined that it cannot approve overseas programs which are APAC accredited as being on its register of recognised programs. Students who have completed overseas APAC accredited qualifications will need to get their qualifications assessed through the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Please refer to APS website for their assessment process.

Importantly, the PsyBA has also advised that applicants for registration in Australia who have taken overseas APAC accredited programs will apply in the normal way (i.e. through PsyBA direct for their provisional registration to enable them to take up postgraduate studies) as overseas applicants, and will have a “streamlined assessment due to possessing accredited qualifications”.
